These terms govern your use of the 5tk10 platform. By registering an account or placing a bet, you agree to be bound by everything set out in this document.
Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 5tk10 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 5tk10 website at https://5tk10.app, including all games, payment services, promotions, and support channels available through the platform. Please read these Terms carefully before registering an account or making any deposit. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

1Eligibility
To open and maintain a 5tk10 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active.

- You must be a natural person with legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you. Corporations, partnerships, and non-personal legal entities may not register accounts.
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your legal name, valid mobile number, and date of birth. You must update this information promptly if it changes.
- You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or prohibited player register maintained by 5tk10. Players who have voluntarily self-excluded and attempt to circumvent their exclusion period will have their accounts permanently closed and any winnings forfeited.
- You must access the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by local law. Players are responsible for determining whether their use of 5tk10 complies with the laws of their location. 5tk10 makes no representations regarding the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction.
5tk10 reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks at any stage of the account lifecycle — at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or at any other time deemed necessary. Failure to complete a verification check within the timeframe requested may result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.
2Account Registration and Management
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on the 5tk10 platform. The following rules govern account registration and ongoing account management.
- One account per person. If multiple accounts are detected for a single individual — whether registered under different names, different mobile numbers, or different payment methods — all accounts except the earliest registered will be closed without notice, and any balance, pending withdrawals, or bonus credits in those accounts will be forfeited.
- You are solely responsible for all activity on your account and for keeping your username and password confidential. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 5tk10 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where the breach resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
- Account information must be kept up to date. If your registered mobile number changes, you must update it immediately. Failure to maintain accurate account information may delay or prevent the processing of withdrawals and may trigger a mandatory account review.
- 5tk10 may suspend or close any account that has been inactive for 12 consecutive months, subject to prior notice to the registered mobile number. Balances held in dormant accounts are preserved for a period of 12 months from the date of last activity before being forfeited in accordance with dormant account procedures.
- You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting 5tk10 support via the email address provided on this site. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days. Any confirmed balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to completion of any pending identity verification.
3Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on 5tk10 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) with no currency conversion. The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The following rules apply to all transactions.
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳50 per transaction. There is no maximum single-transaction deposit limit imposed by 5tk10, although your mobile wallet provider may apply its own limits. Deposits are credited to your gaming balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
- Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. If your account has not previously completed a full KYC check, a withdrawal request will trigger that process. Documents required may include a copy of your national ID (NID), proof of the mobile wallet registered to your account, and any other documents 5tk10 reasonably requests.
- Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. 5tk10 does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts, to payment methods not registered in the account holder's own name, or to accounts belonging to another person.
- 5tk10 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, if the account has active bonus conditions with outstanding wagering requirements, or if an identity verification check is pending. Players will be notified of any delay.
- Players are solely responsible for any fees charged by their mobile wallet provider in connection with deposits or withdrawals. 5tk10 does not add its own transaction fees to deposits or withdrawals processed in Bangladeshi Taka through the supported payment methods.
In the event of a technical error during a deposit or withdrawal that results in an incorrect credit or debit to your account, 5tk10 reserves the right to correct the error at any time. If funds have been incorrectly credited to your account and you have used those funds, 5tk10 may recover the overpaid amount from any balance currently in your account or from future deposits.
4Bonuses and Promotions
5tk10 offers bonuses and promotional rewards to eligible players from time to time. The following rules apply to all bonus offers unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise.
- All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover conditions) that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier, eligible games, time limit, and minimum odds (where applicable to sports betting) will be stated in the terms of each individual promotion.
- Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash outside the rollover process, or assigned to any other player. Bonuses are personal to the account holder and have no cash equivalent at the time of issue.
- 5tk10 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already accepted by a player and actively in progress will be honoured in accordance with the terms in place at the time of acceptance.
- Players who are found to have abused bonus offers — including through the creation of multiple accounts, collusion with other players, use of automated software, or any other method designed to exploit bonus mechanics in a manner not intended by 5tk10 — will have their bonuses forfeited, winnings voided, and accounts suspended or permanently closed.
- Welcome bonuses are available only to new players registering their first account on 5tk10. A player who has previously held a 5tk10 account under any identity is not eligible for a new-player welcome bonus, even if the previous account was closed.
5Gameplay and Fair Use
5tk10 is committed to providing a fair gaming environment. The following rules apply to all players while using any game or betting feature on the platform.
- Players must not use any automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in a way not intended for human players. Detection of automated play will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and a permanent ban from the platform.
- In the event of a manifest error — meaning an obvious mistake in odds, payouts, game configuration, or platform display — 5tk10 reserves the right to void any bet or game round affected by that error and to return stakes to players, regardless of whether the error was in the player's favour.
- Players must not engage in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting strategy designed to manipulate game outcomes or exploit platform mechanics. Any player found to have engaged in collusive or manipulative behaviour will have their account permanently closed and all winnings voided.
- All games on 5tk10 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or live dealer streams provided by licensed studios. RTP figures are published for all slot and crash game titles. 5tk10 does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to influence the result of any live dealer game provided by third-party studios.
If a game session is interrupted due to a network failure, device crash, or platform maintenance, 5tk10 will resolve the interrupted round in accordance with the game provider's standard resolution procedure. Where a round cannot be resolved, the stake for that round will be returned to the player's balance. Players should not place bets if they know their network connection is unstable.
6Responsible Gaming
5tk10 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to providing tools that help players manage their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of these Terms and are binding on both 5tk10 and all registered players.
- Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits directly from their account settings at any time. A deposit limit, once set, takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before the increase takes effect, to protect players from impulsive decisions.
- Players may request a cooling-off period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks during which their account will be suspended and no deposits will be accepted. A cooling-off period cannot be reversed once activated. After the cooling-off period expires, the account will be automatically reactivated unless the player has requested a full self-exclusion.
- Players may request self-exclusion for a minimum period of 6 months or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, the account is blocked from all access, deposits, and gameplay. 5tk10 will use reasonable technical measures to prevent a self-excluded player from opening a new account, but players bear shared responsibility to avoid attempting to re-register.
- If you feel that gambling is affecting your finances, relationships, or mental health, please contact the 5tk10 support team immediately to activate self-exclusion. You may also seek assistance from recognised problem gambling support organisations operating in Bangladesh. Gaming should always remain a form of entertainment, not a financial strategy or a means to recover losses.
7Intellectual Property
All content on the 5tk10 platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 5tk10 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the 5tk10 platform without prior written consent.
The 5tk10 brand name, logo, and domain are proprietary identifiers of the platform. Unauthorised use of the 5tk10 name or logo in any context — including social media, third-party websites, or promotional materials — is strictly prohibited and may be subject to legal action. 8Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 5tk10's liability to any player in connection with the use of the platform is limited as follows.
- 5tk10 is not liable for any loss of gaming funds arising from a player's own decisions, including decisions to place bets, accept bonus offers, or continue playing after a losing streak. Gaming involves financial risk, and players accept that risk when they register an account and make a deposit.
- 5tk10 is not liable for service interruptions, platform unavailability, or loss of gaming sessions caused by third-party infrastructure failures, internet service provider outages, mobile network congestion, force majeure events, or any other cause outside 5tk10's reasonable control. In such cases, 5tk10 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the interruption promptly and to restore any lost game state in accordance with the applicable game provider's procedures.
- In no event shall 5tk10's total aggregate liability to a player for any single incident or series of related incidents exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident. Nothing in these Terms limits 5tk10's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
9Account Termination and Suspension
5tk10 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances.
- The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to: providing false registration information, operating multiple accounts, engaging in bonus abuse, using automated software, or facilitating fraudulent transactions.
- 5tk10 is required by its anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations to suspend an account while a suspicious transaction or pattern of activity is under review. During an AML review, deposits and withdrawals will be paused. 5tk10 is not required to disclose the nature or existence of an AML review to the account holder while it is in progress.
- Upon closure of an account for cause (breach of Terms or fraud), any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited in full. Upon closure at the player's own voluntary request, any confirmed balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after completion of any outstanding verification checks. Balances in bonus credit form are never withdrawable and are forfeited upon account closure regardless of the reason.
10Amendments and Governing Law
5tk10 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via a message to their registered mobile number or via a notice displayed upon next login. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with a proposed amendment, you must close your account before the amendment takes effect.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the 5tk10 platform shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Where any clause of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that clause shall be severed and the remaining Terms shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and 5tk10 and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings relating to the subject matter.
